Customization Made System Easy To Use
All our standard forms and letters were incorporated into the Axon Electronic Medical Record System. Our staff did not have to get used to a completely new format, everything looked just the same, expect we were paperless.

The office manager was able to design her own view, collecting all the information needed to run the office on just one page. Other staff created simpler views with only the information they needed.

Remote Access
The Axon Portal software allows secure access through the web. I can grant the appropriate level of access to each staff member, to any part of the system, from anywhere that has an Internet connection. One of my transcriptionists was even able to work from home when unable to reach the office.

The Axon Power Portal software is especially useful for specialists such as myself because it allows our customers to log on from anywhere with an Internet connection. Referring physicians no longer have to call up and ask for a report to be faxed or for images to be mailed to their office. The referring physician can simply click on the link to the Axon Portal on our website, type in their name and password and they can view the images and reports immediately. Once our referring physicians have become accustomed to with this convenience they will not want to be without it.
